અમારી વેબસાઈટનો ઉપયોગ કરતા પહેલાં કૃપા કરીને આ શરતો અને નિયમો ધ્યાનપૂર્વક વાંચો. આપ આ વેબસાઈટનો ઉપયોગ કરો છો તેનો અર્થ એ છે કે આપ આ તમામ શરતો સાથે સંમત છો.

૧. બિન-સરકારી અને પ્રાઈવેટ સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઈડર (Non-Government Entity):

  • આ વેબસાઈટ એ કોઈ પણ સરકારી વિભાગ, સબ-રજિસ્ટ્રાર ઓફિસ, કે સરકારી સંસ્થા દ્વારા સંચાલિત કે અધિકૃત થયેલી વેબસાઈટ નથી.
  • અમે એક સ્વતંત્ર પ્રાઈવેટ કન્સલ્ટન્સી / દસ્તાવેજ સહાયક એજન્સી છીએ. અમે ફક્ત ગ્રાહક વતી સરકારી પોર્ટલ પરથી જાહેર રેકોર્ડ્સ (Index-2, 7/12 વગેરે) મેળવી આપવાની અને પ્રોસેસ કરવાની કન્સલ્ટિંગ સર્વિસ આપીએ છીએ. અમે ફક્ત અમારી સેવા અને પ્રોસેસિંગનો ફી/ચાર્જ લઈએ છીએ.

૨. ડિલિવરી સમય અને સરકારી સર્વર ડાઉનટાઇમ (Delivery Time & Server Issues):

  • જો ટેકનિકલ કારણોસર સરકારી વેબસાઈટ (AnyRoR, GARVI 2.0 વગેરે) બંધ હોય, સર્વર ડાઉન હોય, અથવા સરકારી રેકોર્ડમાં ઈશ્યુ હોય, તો દસ્તાવેજ સોંપવાના સમયમાં ફેરફાર થઈ શકે છે.
  • સરકારી સર્વર ડાઉન હોવાને કારણે થતા વિલંબ માટે અમારી વેબસાઈટ કે ટીમ જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં. સર્વર ચાલુ થતાં જ તમારો ઓર્ડર પ્રાથમિકતાના ધોરણે પૂરો કરવામાં આવશે.

૩. ઓર્ડર કેન્સલેશન પોલિસી (Order Cancellation Policy):

  • પેમેન્ટ થયા પછી માત્ર ૧૦ મિનિટ સુધી જ ઓર્ડર કેન્સલ કરવાની વિનંતી ગ્રાહક કરી શકશે.
  • ૧૦ મિનિટ પછી કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં ઓર્ડર કેન્સલ થઈ શકશે નહીં કે રિફંડ મળશે નહીં, કારણ કે તમારો ઓર્ડર પ્રોસેસિંગમાં મૂકી દેવામાં આવે છે અને ગ્રાહક વતી સરકારી ફી ચુકવાઈ જાય છે.

૪. કાનૂની ક્ષેત્રાધિકાર (Jurisdiction):

  • આ વેબસાઈટ, સેવાઓ, પેમેન્ટ અથવા કોઈપણ બાબત સંબંધિત ઉદ્ભવતા તમામ વિવાદો, મતભેદો કે કાનૂની કાર્યવાહી માટે માત્ર રાજકોટ, ગુજરાત (ભારત) ની સક્ષમ અદાલતો (Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat) નું જ કાનૂની ક્ષેત્રાધિકાર રહેશે.

  1. Non-Government / Private Consultancy:
  • This website is a privately owned domain and is NOT affiliated with, operated by, or authorized by any government department, Sub-Registrar Office, or official revenue authority.
  • We act strictly as an independent private service provider/consultancy assisting users in fetching public property records (e.g., Index-2, 7/12) on their behalf. The fee charged is solely for our consultancy, handling, and facilitation services.
  1. Service Delivery & Government Server Downtime:
  • While we strive for fast processing, the estimated delivery time is subject to change if the official government servers/portals (e.g., GARVI 2.0, AnyRoR) are down, undergoing maintenance, or experiencing delays.
  • We shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by official government server downtime. Orders will be fulfilled on a priority basis once the respective servers resume normal operations.
  1. Order Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations are accepted strictly within 10 minutes of successful payment placement.
  • No cancellation or refund request will be entertained after 10 minutes, as the procurement process and government fees allocation begin immediately.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this website, its services, or transactions shall be governed by the laws of India. The user explicitly agrees that the Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes.
